Care Counts is one of the few care providers with electronic call monitoring (ECM), which allows us to monitor our care workers’ visits to service users’ homes via provided mobile phones.
The system features a live rota, real-time task lists and service user data, so that our managers can instantly see where our care workers are at all times. Improving service delivery and providing both data security and lone worker security, the ECM system can be used in conjunction with the Care Counts optional lone worker safety pack. This provides GPS tracking, an emergency alarm and safety zone checking.
Local councils in the UK are now starting to insist that electronic call monitoring is used to monitor the provision of care being delivered to home care and domiciliary service users, from care providers.
